• Elaine is CEO of Three Ireland, who are the country’s largest mobile network, serving nearly half the Irish market and employing over 1200 people.  

• Elaine has been central to Three Ireland’s success since joining in 2008 and led the acquisition of O2 Ireland.

• Prior to becoming CEO, she also served as Chief Commercial Officer across Ireland and the UK.

• Apart from Three Ireland, Elaine serves on the boards of Ibec and CK Delta,.

• Elaine is the current Chair of Telecommunications Industry Ireland.
