Up Your Game has a not quibble full refunds policy. Refunds are available up to the day before the summit. Contact us to request a refund.

21. Purchasing Tickets
I hereby give my consent for the mandatory and voluntary data collected from me while purchasing and or registering for tickets for Executive Women Gathering and sold by Executive Forum. I further give my permission for my user / purchaser details to be stored. I acknowledge that I may provide Executive Forum, a reasonable time period to remove my details at any time that I no longer wish them to be stored. I acknowledge and accept that my data will be used for commercial purposes in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and Declaration of Consent and will be retained and stored for this purpose.
Should you wish your data to be removed you must request Executive Forum, to do so in writing. Requests will be processed within a 30-day period. 22. Right of Access
You have a right to request a copy of any of your personal data held by Executive Forum, in accordance with section 4 of the Data Protection Acts subject to certain exceptions. 23. Delivery Policy
Tickets are only issued after full payment is received. Once a successful purchase transaction has taken place, confirmation of ticket purchase is delivered in electronic soft copy via email to the email address nominated by the purchaser. For all ticket types it will be necessary to complete required information – such as attendee name – before the tickets can be issued. The ticket acts as a receipt for the transaction. An electronic or hard-copy ticket is required to gain entry to the event.
Irish law governs these terms and conditions, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
24. Photography, audio, and video recording
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment at events and conferences is prohibited.
25. Your attendance at our events
Registering your interest to attend does not guarantee you a ticket or a reserved ticket. Tickets are only issues after payment in full has been received. You are responsible for advising us at the time of making your booking regarding any special access requirements you require.
26. Tickets and pricing
You will find details of attendee ticket pricing and fees for this event on the ticket page. Ticket prices for the Event are correct at the time of publication.
We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time, but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.
Tickets are only guaranteed, reserved and issued after full payment has been received.
27. Discounts
We are not obligated to offer any discounts for our events and reserve the right to change or withdraw a discount offer at any time in our sole discretion.

Ticket name changes can be facilitated by contacting info@executiveforum.ie.
29. No reselling
The tickets you purchase are for your own personal use and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition.
Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain access to the Event. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or ticket broker.
30. Age limitation
You must be 18 years of age to use the Services.

32. Event Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
Executive Forum is not responsible for any loss or damage because of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. Executive Forum shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Please note, Executive Forum,, cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation, or any other related service.
33. Changes to or cancellation of the Event
We try to make sure that the info@executiveforum.ie speakers, topics, platform, format, and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing, platform, or dates of the Event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for any cost incurred by you as a result.
We will endeavour to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Website.
